Hello Skinny Me
Well not quite but I am starting 2013 lighter than I was last year!
As you know I am working on losing my ”toddler” weight, as the twins are now two and I still have not returned to my svelte self yet! But that slender (although big hipped) girl is within reach.
Last week I forgot to report to you all (sorry!) so over the last two weeks I have lost 2.5 lbs. I am thrilled that I survived the holiday week!
In total that is 8.5 lbs lost!!
I really wish I had started on weight watchers earlier. Last week was busy with all the holidays so I ate a lot of fruit and soup – mostly Progresso soup. I loved that they have the point values on them and that they taste like home made soups. Anyway that was my secret for the week!
What have you been eating to help you lose weight this week?
Remember – it’s okay if you make a bad food decision, just make sure the next one is a GOOD one!











So glad your diet is going well. Maybe I will have to try it, as losing weight seems to get more and more difficult the older I get!
You can do it! It’s definitely got it’s tough moments but you have got to hang in there
Congrats on the weight loss. I have been eating way too much this past week. I am thankful the holidays are over and the family get togethers are over so I can go back to eating “right”

My husband lost a lot of weight about 15 years ago with weight watchers. Maybe I should look into it since my goal is to lose weight this year! When did you start on weight watchers? Congrats on the weight loss!
April – you did it once, you can do it again- I started on Dec 8th – so a little less than a month
Kudos to you! You look adorable, and I know it’s so hard to get this done with kids in the picture. You deserve a major pat on the back. Losing weight is one of my big goals for 2013 too…fingers crossed I can make it happen!

You just shouldn’t deprive yourself. Saying that though – not sure I am having a very good week!
Losing weight at 2-3 pounds per week is the healthiest way to go! It’s so much easier to keep the weight off by gradually making life changes. Throw in bonus exercise of sledding, walking Carrie Bradshaw through snow drifts and building snowmen and you might even lose a couple bonus pounds this winter! (Something has to be good about all that fluffy stuff you have up there.)
