I is for Icing

Go ahead. Taste it. It’s smooth and oh so sweet.

Go ahead, dip your spoon in, but not too much now, I don’t want you bouncing off the walls.

More? Okay, but just the tiniest taste.

Is it nice and creamy? I knew you would like it.

I can’t believe your brother is sleeping through this. I’m glad you can’t talk, because if you bragged about this we would be in trouble.

Okay, Okay, you can try the coconut too. Just a little. I’m not even sure kids your age should eat coconut.

Just dip in your spoon, just a little….No! Don’t take the whole container! Oh okay, take the whole container, I was done with it anyway.

Oooooh I think you like coconut more than icing. Just wait till you try the whole cup cake. It’s made with whole wheat so it’s got to be good for you. Don’t you think?

Don't take my coconut!

YUM! And the boys thought so too!

A sweet moment between me and Mason. If you want a closer look at the recipe, feel free to read it here.
